Frequently Asked Questions
How soon should I reserve my spot for a birthday party?
Be sure to schedule your event as soon as possible. We operate on a first-come, first-served basis. We have a limited number of spaces available each weekend. It is best to schedule your event at least 2-3 weeks prior. NEVER assume you will have time to schedule your event, please think ahead. If you have questions or want to speak to someone about your event, please call 925-374-0056.
When should I arrive? How long do I have the event space?
Please arrive about 10-15 minutes before your event time. Doors will be open to allow you entry to make any last-minute preparations. Please remember to allow time to find parking. Following the show, you will have a chance to meet magicians, take pictures, and discover a collection of magic tricks available for purchase at the magic counter. Our Birthday Party Rentals are scheduled between 11 AM and 2PM. You must be prepared to leave at 2 PM so we can prepare for our evening events.
What is included in the Birthday Party Rental?
Our services include: Live Magic Show, 30 to 45 minutes of age-appropriate, laugh-out-loud magic, Balloon Twisting , custom creations for every child. Interactive Magic Lesson, hands-on fun that turns party guests into magicians, birthday child spotlight, they become the star of the show! Alcoholic beverages are available for adults at an additional charge.
Should I bring a cake for our birthday celebration?
Yes! Please bring a cake of your choice for your event. We do not provide a cake for your event. We will make time for you to sing Happy Birthday and cut the first piece of cake. We will have staff to cut the cake and serve it to your guests.
**SHOW BOOKING FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE**
Please plan carefully before making a purchase. We want to ensure that your experience with us is a really good one.
Booking Fees/Show Payment
Show booking fees must be paid to reserve your event date. Payment must be made 24 hours prior to event. Booking fees are non-refundable.
Show Changes
You may reschedule your show for a different date (Based on availability) with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Refund Policy
If you must cancel your show, your payment will be refunded. The show booking fee is not refundable.
No Reservation Holds
We can not hold your date with without a paid booking fee. Shows dates are reserved for those who have paid the booking fee.
Online Show Confirmation
Tickets purchased online will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please check your junk/trash folder if you don't receive your confirmation.
